I purchased a brand new Escalade at Reliable a few years ago and tonight I purchased another. I worked with salespeople Jerry and Joseph. Although I took a lot of their time, they never got tire of me kicking tires and changing my mind. They are great guys and I highly recommend them both. Ryan was my sales manager and he is very knowledgable about the cars on his lot and his business. Once again I took a lot of Ryans time but in the end he agreed to a very fair deal. Thanks to all for working with me, I had a great time.

Service was great. Went in to get keyfob for my GMC Sierra. Since I only have one fob, they needed special programming to do. Usually the key is special order. They not only had the fob in stock, but service rep got it programmed for me and out the door in less than an hour. Great experience, everyone was friendly and helpful.
