    '22/3 1st review/stop-in (giving a ride for a service department drop off): -- While not a customer, the sales staff were attentive enough to ask if I needed anything as I awaited my shotgun passenger. -- Easy to get in/out of the dealership's lot. -- Very clean and inviting grounds/buildings/layout.

    Abigail is the best and the shop Forman has impressed me to no end. My 95 Pontiac was down for 6 weeks, had it looked at by 2 other mechanics and 875$ of repairs, still wasn't running. Took it to Reliable and these 2 had it diagnosed in 24 hours, up and running in 48. Thank you for your years of experience expertise and honest service. I'm now a long term customer.

    Caleb was service advisor. I dropped off my vehicle the morning before service department opened and was called by Caleb around 7:30 to touch base with me and telling me exactly what was going to be performed. Was later contacted and told what the issue was and the cost to fix and lastly was called by Caleb to tell me vehicle was done. Doesn’t get any easier. Checkout personnel were friendly and I received a free calendar. Nicely done start to finish.

    Great experience all around. Had to bring in the spare key to the Canyon I traded in. Asked Sammy if he could get me in for a quick oil change since I was already going to be coming in. He got with Ken in service and when I pulled in my truck was in the bay within 5 minutes, done within 40 min. Amazing service! Thanks again you guys!

    I have leased consistently from this dealership for 25-30 years. When my lease was up "this time"; I didn't hesitate to drive 18 hours to handle my new lease with them. I had relocated to Southern California several months prior to my lease expiring. Gary (Internet Sales) and Walt (General Manger), have ALWAYS gone above and beyond to make my leasing experience pleasant and stress-free. I know for a fact that they worked their tails off, behind the scenes, to make it feel that way to me. I am extremely well versed and knowledgeable with the "car business". Gary and Walt have always negotiated the very best deals for me over the years. Their days off never interfered with my schedule, because they were there no matter what. I have referred many people to Reliable over the years , and it's always the same results. Happy, happy, happy! I have had other vehicles in my garage: Mercedes, Toyota, Lexus, etc., but the dealership experiences never ever came close to Reliable's customer service experience. I also have to give a shout out to Jeff and his great service team. Jeff and his team are always providing outstanding customer service. Thank you Gary, Walt, and Jeff!!! I would also need to mention GMAC. The years of leasing "do" matter to them when things aren't as "pretty" as you'd like them to be. Thank you GMAC and Walt. Loyalty folks. It matters on all sides.     I visited Reliable Buick GMC parts department to purchase a new name badge (Buick) for my 2014 Buick Lacrosse I must admit kind of expensive but as they say "you get what you pay for". It was out of stock but Jason in the parts department ordered it and promised I would have it the next day and it was there on time. So now my Lacrosse had the name Buck on the rear deck lid with the new replacement name badge it was given it's original name back BUICK. Thank you Jason. Sincerely, Gary Martinez

    I will definitely recommend Reliable for my friends and family for service. They do a great job and I trust their work. However, I will never recommend Reliable to purchase a vehicle. I have purchased 5 vehicles at Reliable in the last 12 years and I went to buy another new vehicle this year and had the worst experience. I ended up buying a Yukon Denali from a dealer in the bay area. I will never buy another vehicle from Reliable, I will only take vehicles there for service.

    Jeff Gilbreath (service advisor) was excellent! Courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Couldn't have asked for a better service representative. He even helped me receive my GMC reward credits to apply toward the service bill. I had real difficulty operating the GMC app to gain my reward credits. GMC needs to look at a redesign of it's app.

    My wife and I actually went in to look at a specific GMC Yukon Denali. Marty went out of his way to go find the vehicle on the storage lot and bring it around for us. Everything about Marty's service was professional and focused on meeting our needs. For contrast, we had just been to another dealer, and instead of bringing the car to us, that dealer drove us to the storage lot to see the car ... but, they went to the wrong lot. So, we drove to another lot, but they had the wrong car keys so we couldn't even drive the car we came to look at. That dealer was a very disappointing experience. Not so with Marty at Reliable. We ended up not buying the Yukon because we fell in love with a gorgeous Cadillac Escalade on the showroom floor. We ended up buying the Cadillac. Marty started with the best price possible. He actually gave us a lower price than my research had indicated we should shoot for, so getting best price on our new car was easy. They gave us a great value on our trade in (a Nissan Armada). There was some negotiation there, but we ended up pleased with the value they gave us. Signing with the finance department was very easy, and once again the focus was on our needs. At that point it was nearly 9pm, and our 22 month old toddler was fed up and ready to get out of there. So, the finance team made the process super easy, and we couldn't have been more pleased. My wife and I strongly recommend Reliable ... and we strongly recommend you go see Marty.

    The dealership was very clean and modern. We really liked the facility. Luis Dorantes was our salesman and he was awesome. He was very personable and made our shopping experience easy and fun. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and if he didn't know the answer he did not hesitate to look it up! Paul Barnett was our finance officer and again a very personable and knowledgeable guy.     The vehicle I wanted has been almost non-existent. I saw the vehicle on the GMC website. Reliable showed it 15 minutes later. I called asked about being a non CA resident and how to arrange the purchase. I wired the funds. I made flight arrangements for the following day. I arrived after closing time, so first thing in the morning, I filled out the paperwork. Mr. Rickers drove us to Reno. We signed a few more documents and I started driving back to my home.

    This was definitely the best service experience that I've had with this dealership since I bought my car there. My service technician diagnosed my problem quickly and was able to get it done by 1:30pm so that I could pick up my son from school on time. I also really appreciated that my technician checked in with me several times during the day and kept me apprised of timelines and cost. So much less stressful than having to call and track someone down to get an update.

    Was looking to purchase new TL rated tires for my GMC 2500 HD Denali. Art at the service department was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to locate the exact tires I wanted, ordered them and had an appointment for me to have them installed within a day. Art price matched any other dealers tire price which put his estimate lower than anyone else's and that is with an included alignment. I dropped the truck off in the morning and the service was complete just after lunch. Great experience and great service. The new tires look great and the truck is riding better than ever!
