OHHH Bring in the confetti boys!! We had the AMAZING Experience of working with Julio!!! This man bent over backwards to deliver our very detailed request of a Yukon XL! Just when I was certain our growing family would be waiting months to receive our dream car... BAM!! With the unmatched support from the General Manager Ryan, the dream team pulled it off! Out of their busy way on a SUNDAY to retrieve our custom order from out of town! All happened in a fraction of the expected wait period. I have been twice to the service department and have experienced amazing service.

I recently visited Reliable Buick GMC in Roseville for my broken antenna, and I’m very happy with the service I received! I had an appointment with Ken at 4 PM and arrived right on time. Ken came out to take a look at my car, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained what needed to be replaced and what could be reused. He immediately checked with the parts department to confirm availability — luckily, the antenna base was in stock. Ken gave me the full estimate, including parts, labor, and tax, right away. I agreed to proceed, and within about 30 minutes, everything was done! Thank you, Ken and the team, for the quick, professional, and friendly service. I really appreciate the efficiency — I left completely satisfied!

I love Reliable Buick GMC this is my second car I have purchased from them the first one I kept for 18 years and had no problem at all. I have had my new one for a couple of years and hoping that this one last that long as well. Service department is amazing and pleasant to deal with.

I had a warranty issue from a vehicle that I purchased from a dealership in the automall. They pushed the issue on reliable. It was a nightmare. However the service and management crew at reliable went above and beyond. They fixed my issue and some. Best service I've ever gotten ! If I could give a higher rating I would. I didn't feel misled in any way. Forsure my go to place from now on.

We have taken our 2003 Yukon for service here for years. Unneccesary service has never been suggested. We wouldn't take our Yukon anywhere else. The Service Department is great!!
