If you want a actual amazing experience while purchasing a car especially if it has to be a gm vehicle do yourself a favor and go next door to Roseville Chevrolet , it is a night and day experience overall from the moment your greeted n harassed the second you pull up all the way down to the the actual moment of breaking down numbers. I can kind of understand why there wasn't anyone else shopping for a car from what we can see. So my inner voice told me to see what they could do next door n im sure glad that I did friendly staff leads to a smooth comfortable experience.

I took my 2023 Corvette in for an basic oil change service which was done in a timely fashion as always. However, the next morning I moved the car out of the garage to wash and I noticed a small puddle oil on the floor. I contacted Elvis my service advisor and he had me bring back in right then & there to fix it promptly. Turns out the filter was bad. They got it done quickly and even washed the car for me while I waited. Things happen. However, how you deal with it another. You can't ask for any better service than that.

Elvis is always great to work with. Everyone there is very courteous and friendly.

Julio went above and beyond to help us. He did not stop until he found us a deal we were comfortable with. He took the time to show my husband the features his new GMC truck has. He followed us home, a 2 hour drive one way to drive back the trade in truck. This meant Julio didn’t make it home until 9/10pm. Not everyone is willing to go that length to make it easier for the customer. Any other salesmen would have asked us to bring in the trade in truck ourselves. This is our 7th financed vehicle and no one has been as great as Julio has. He knows what he’s doing and he explains everything calmly and doesn’t rush you. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND JULIO! Had a great experience purchasing my vehicle at GMC! Julio was awesome to work with and made the entire process super fast, easy, and stress-free. I was purchasing the vehicle for my son’s birthday, so it was important to me that everything went smoothly, and Julio made sure it did. We were in and out within just a few hours, which was a huge plus. Paul, the Finance Manager, also did an excellent job and actually found us a better deal than what we originally had, which I really appreciated. Great customer service from start to finish. Julio and Paul both went above and beyond to take care of us. I would definitely recommend asking for Julio if you're looking to purchase a vehicle here. It was a very good experience. It takes me a while to review and fully understand before I buy a new vehicle, they were patient and were very helpful in answering all my questions. Not high pressure and upfront and honest with the pricing. Super easy process and great to work with.

I have nothing but praise for this dealership. The level of customer service is amazing. My service advisor Art, took the time to explain what steps would be needed in isolating the trouble and possible solutions. Although I planned to wait there for the vehicle, it was suggested and offered that I utilize the shuttle service. I agree and then was introduced to Rick, the driver. What an awesome gentleman. We had the greatest conversation. The next day when the vehicle was ready, I had the pleasure of having Rick come back and pick me up. And this fast pace, AI generated world we live in, it’s refreshing to see that a dealership still does things the right way. Putting the customer first.

This was my first service with the dealership and Elvis was great and took care of the truck and answered all my questions. The service was fast and he even gave me some tips on what products to use. Overall it was a very easy experience and Elvis was awesome to work with.

Elvis my service advisor is always on top of everything even if there is a problem. He always communicates with the customer effectively in a timely manner with options (if any). I can not ask for any better service that what this dealership has given in the 3 years they have serviced my 2022 Yukon Denali. In fact, I now bring my 2023 Corvette there even with the Chevy dealer next door since they a have tech that can work on it.

Took All my cars here best service never Problem one time choice difficult different location screw up my new RAM had to buy a replacement so I recommend this place form my experience over 15 years getting top service every time going for service tomorrow morning
