I had an awesome experience Seamus was awesome and I recommend working with him. I was working so my husband did the whole thing Seamus & my husband brought the car to me for a test drive I said oh yes and by the end of my work day I had a brand new car waiting for me to drive home! Super happy with it and the customer service I received.

My wife and I were going in to just look at the new 2021 Yukon Denali to see if it would fit the family and was everything we wanted in our family vehicle and were totally caught off guard when we met Keith in sales. He was so nice, helpful, and genuine we ended buying the car that day. He helped with my trade pushed to help us get the best deal. The entire team with finance made it extremely stress free my wife and I are very happy with the experience

This was definitely the best service experience that I've had with this dealership since I bought my car there. My service technician diagnosed my problem quickly and was able to get it done by 1:30pm so that I could pick up my son from school on time. I also really appreciated that my technician checked in with me several times during the day and kept me apprised of timelines and cost. So much less stressful than having to call and track someone down to get an update.

1st time here. Had a new GMC muffler installed. Abigail Quiroz was an amazing service advisor. She knows what customer service is I assure you. This will be my regular dealer moving forward. Work done timely and truck sounds great!

Luis Dorantes was helpful and very knowledgeable about the Truck. He has the same one so made it very easy to answer questions and concerns. Paul Barnett made the financing portion of the sale refreshing and quite quick. Over all the whole team was inviting and made it good purchasing experience. Thank you

Jeff Gilbreath (service advisor) was excellent! Courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Couldn't have asked for a better service representative. He even helped me receive my GMC reward credits to apply toward the service bill. I had real difficulty operating the GMC app to gain my reward credits. GMC needs to look at a redesign of it's app.

We identified a vehicle that we wanted. I contacted Sales consultant Keith Thompson with our intent to purchase. He quickly put together the numbers, we sent him our trade-in vehicle information. Keith held this vehicle for our business, as GMC Yukons are in high demand, We drove out in our new Yukon and Keith made the process as easy and efficient as possible. I highly recommend Reliable Buick Cadillac GMC and Keith Thompson for a new vehicle purchase!!

We had a great experience buying our new GMC truck. The salesman was low key, not pushy, he actually knew the differences between engines and every trim style. Finance guy was great too! He explained all of our warranty and extra options clearly and was very friendly. This was the BEST buying experience we've had!

Abigail is the best and the shop Forman has impressed me to no end. My 95 Pontiac was down for 6 weeks, had it looked at by 2 other mechanics and 875$ of repairs, still wasn't running. Took it to Reliable and these 2 had it diagnosed in 24 hours, up and running in 48. Thank you for your years of experience expertise and honest service. I'm now a long term customer.

Service center is always top notch. Jeff dutifully gave me an update in a timely manner. The loaner car they provided was clean and seemed pretty new. I even brought my dog intraining in house and everyone welcomed her. Thank you for the service! That's why we love Buick!

This was a unique experience due to the current shortage of vehicles but we are so glad to have such an amazing team to help us in the buying process. Effie was our salesman and he was beyond helpful even with us pestering him daily about the delivery of our vehicle. All in all it was a great experience. We love our new vehicle!
