Eligible A+ and A1 tier credit customers only have the option of deferring their first payment up to 120 days. Payment may not be deferred more than 45 days in Pennsylvania when the effective interest rate on the contract exceeds 0.00% APR. Customers electing to defer their first payment will be responsible for any finance charges accrued during the deferral period. A contract of 72 payments over 72 months will now have 72 payments over 75 months. The contract should reflect a first payment due date of up to 90 days from the contract date. Allowable APR on Cadillac Financial finance contracts may exceed the Cadillac Financial buy rate as follows: Up to 1.0 percentage point (payment based on dealers existing standard rate participation election). Contracts with 60 or fewer monthly payments are excluded for all LYRIQ (excluding V), OPTIQ (excluding V), VISTIQ, 25MY CT4, 25MY CT5 (excluding 1SV), 25MY ESCALADE IQ, 25MY XT5, and 25MY XT6 models. Contracts with 48 or fewer monthly payments are excluded for all other models. Dealer flat pay finance income will only be paid where the APR does not exceed the Cadillac Financial buy rates.
